How is your bingo site?

I am a regular player of online bingo. I play bingo online pretty much every day. I have been to too many online bingo sites to list. So, since I am such a bingo veteran I thought I would give you some insight into the world of online bingo. If you play at an online bingo site on a regular basis or even if you are new to online bingo, there are certain things you need to be aware of before you choose to deposit or even keep playing there.

There are many things I look for in an online bingo site. For instance, when I enter the room I expect to be greeted warmly by the bingo chat host. If I am ignored, then I will make a hasty exit. This tells me that either the bingo chat host is so busy chatting with the regular bingo players that he/she hasn’t noticed my entrance, or they are way too busy to answer any questions that I may have about the bingo or bingo chat game that is going on.

The graphics of the bingo game are very important. I need to have a clear view of my bingo cards and be able to see the bingo balls as they are being called. If my bingo cards are tiny and I can’t see the pattern we are trying to get for bingo, I am turned off. The bingo chat games are an essential part of a good online bingo site. If I am playing bingo, whether I bingo or not, I want to be able to win some bingo bucks just for being in the bingo chat room. A lot of online bingo sites do not have constant chat games where you can bingo bucks to play bingo with. They have sporadic bingo chat games which I do not prefer.

I also look for the deposit options at the bingo site. There should be many methods of depositing into my bingo account. If I am limited to a credit card or a bank wire to deposit to my bingo account then I do not want to play bingo there. Depending on the month or my financial status at the time, I need a lot of different ways to deposit and fund my bingo account. The only time I use my credit card to fund my bingo account is on an off pay week, or if I am just plain broke and it’s my only option.

But the most important part of any online bingo site is the support staff. I always look for a bingo site that has live help. This, to me is very comforting. I have been at bingo sites where I have had to submit a trouble ticket or email and wait for a response from bingo support. This can be very frustrating, especially if I don’t get an answer within 15 minutes of submitting a request. At a bingo site with live support I can speak to someone and not have to wait to get a response. There have been times when I have waited days for a response from bingo support, definitely not a pleasant experience. Also, it is important to be able to get in touch with someone immediately if there is a problem. That makes me feel like the bingo site is a safe place to play bingo.

I once had a cash out at an online bingo site. I submitted a ticket and no one got back to me from bingo support for a few days. My cash out took a week to process. I was able to deposit in a moment but not cash out for an entire week! I think I would not have been so worried about my cash out had someone from bingo support gotten back to me the same day. In any case, when searching for an online bingo site, make sure that you feel comfortable with everything before you fund your bingo account. Good luck!

Smoking ban still applies to bingo halls

A Jefferson Circuit Court judge has stuck down a district court order that prohibited the Louisville Metro Health Department from enforcing the city’s old smoking ban in bingo halls.

A district judge had ruled in April that the bingo halls are private clubs and exempt from the ordinance.

But in a Dec. 28 ruling, Jefferson Circuit Judge W. Douglas Kemper ruled that District Judge Sheila Collins exceeded her authority in striking down the ordinance as it relates to bingo halls.

He ruled that state law only allowed her to determine if the Louisville Metro Code Enforcement Board of Appeals acted arbitrarily.

The Jefferson County Attorney’s office only obtained a copy of the Circuit Court order this week.

Kemper effectively ruled that if the bingo halls want to challenge the ordinance, they must file a separate suit in Jefferson Circuit Court.

Kemper remanded the case to district court and ordered the judge to make a finding as to whether the code enforcement board acted arbitrarily.

Whatever the final outcome of the case, it will probably not matter in July, when a new smoking ordinance takes effect that bans smoking in virtually every work place.
